What will you do?
- Support the HSE Manager in drafting procedures and monitoring their effective implementation in the Plant.
- File and keep updated copies of all the necessary HSE documentation, support in managing the HSE archive.
- Facilitate authorities’ inspections, providing any requested documentation.
- Organize and supervise inspections of technical equipment (fire systems, electrical systems, etc.).
- Organize and perform periodic HSE training for all employees and in promoting awareness and knowledge of HSE principles and practices.
- Assures employee medical surveillance.
- Participate in accident investigation carrying out analysis and identifying trends on accident statistics.
- Support in the definition of the personal protection devices needed.
- Assist the HSE Manager in the execution of his tasks, in particular for contractors management and emergency response.
- Proactively communicate with Global/Country HSE Team in any relevant topic related to HSE
- Good knowledge of Health, Safety and Environment rules and practices.
- Good knowledge of plastic molding technologies (EBM and/or SBM and/or IM).
- Basic knowledge of CAD 2D software.
- Basic knowledge of English.
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering or in the occupational health and safety field.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in safety in manufacturing companies preferably in the FMCG sector.
