ABOUT THE ROLE
The Global Logistics Specialist reports directly to the Global Logistic Manager. The role is key in supporting the efficient flow of goods across our global operations to ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to company standards and procedures.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Global Logistics Manager in coordinating priorities, addressing bottlenecks, and resolving critical issues in logistics operations.
- Monitor key logistics performance indicators, identify critical areas for improvement, and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of logistics strategies and processes as defined by the Global Logistics Manager and Operations Director.
- Collaborate with global logistics teams to ensure compliance with and development of unified logistics standards and procedures aligned with company strategy.
- Support discussions with customers and Sales Key Account teams to address critical logistics issues, such as missed deliveries or pipeline management.
- Perform logistics audits in Serioplast Group plants to ensure compliance with standards.
REQUIREMENTS
- Solid knowledge of ERP systems; experience with SAP modules MM-PP is preferred.
- Understanding of World Class Manufacturing (WCM) standards.
- Good knowlwdge of logistics and supply chain processes.
- Basic knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental rules and practices.
- Familiarity with plastic molding technologies (EBM, SBM, or IM) is a plus.
- Proficiency in English.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
- Master’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Economics, or a related field in Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles, preferably in an FMCG company.
