Serioplast is looking for a strategic, hands-on, and inspiring HR Manager to lead our HR department at our plant in Nyírbátor.
In this role, you will oversee full-cycle HR operations, drive organizational development, and lead a local team to success.
Key Responsibilities:
As our HR Manager, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR processes, balancing strategic planning with operational excellence:
- Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and guide a dedicated 3-person HR team
- Financials & Compensation: Manage the People Budget, lead annual Salary Reviews, and oversee the Compensation and Benefits system
- Organizational Development: Drive organizational growth, talent management, and structural change management
- Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives aimed at maintaining and boosting employee engagement
- Legal & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with Hungarian labor law, mitigating risks, and optimizing related HR processes
- End-to-End Coordination: Oversee daily HR workflows, recruitment, and employee relations
- Reports: Directly to the Regional Director
We are looking for a confident leader who combines deep professional expertise with strong interpersonal skills:
- Education: University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional HR experience in a leadership/managerial role (manufacturing environment is a plus)
- Legal Knowledge: Solid, up-to-date knowledge of Hungarian Labor Law
- Languages: Fluency in both English and Hungarian (written and spoken)
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. You should possess an empathetic yet assertive leadership presence.
