Quality Controller

Serioplast, a Global Leader in Rigid Plastic Packaging, is looking for a Quality Controller in our plant in Konya, Turkey.

We are seeking a team member who has worked in an ISO-certified Quality Laboratory within a manufacturing company. The Quality Controller will report directly to the Quality Control Manager.

The primary purpose of this position is to support the application of Serioplast rules and ensure the quality and hygiene of the final product in accordance with company standards and procedures.

The role includes:

• Performing inspections according to the quality control plan for each product.

• Using laboratory equipment (CMM, vacuum test, scale, caliper, thickness gauge, top load tester, torque tester, etc.) during technical interventions and product industrialization.

• Isolating defective bottles and contributing to decisions on whether to reject or retain batches.

• Supporting the evaluation of quality issues.

• Inspecting incoming materials based on quality specifications and verifying documentation compliance.

• Communicating effectively between team members and management.

We are looking for a candidate with:

• Knowledge of ISO standards.

• Experience in plastic molding technologies.

• Awareness of health, safety, and environmental regulations and practices.

• Familiarity with process control and statistical analysis.
