What will you do?

  • Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts receivable and payable transactions within the ERP system.
  • Monitor customer accounts, manage non-payments and delayed payments, and perform active collection activities.
  • Issue invoices to clients and support intercompany transactions.
  • Plan and execute payments, manage cash-related activities, and ensure proper accounting registration.
  • Monitor and reconcile bank transactions and fees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Support tax calculations and declarations (corporate, labor, VAT, etc.) within required deadlines.
  • Assist in the preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and financial reports.
  • Support the preparation of special financial reports through data collection, analysis, and summarization.
  • Collaborate with the Administration and Finance Manager in researching and interpreting accounting and fiscal regulations.
  • Prepare documentation for periodic audits.
  • Support office management and administrative activities when required.
What are we looking for?
  • Good knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Good knowledge of taxation rules and regulations.
  • Understanding of manufacturing business processes.
  • Excellent applied knowledge of ERP systems; SAP experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Accountability, Problem-Solving, Resilience and Passion, Team Play.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Accountant in a manufacturing company or within a chartered accountant consultancy firm.
