Serioplast, a leading global manufacturer of rigid plastic packaging solutions, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Plant Manager to lead our production site in Lavardac, France.

What will you do?

• Ensure overall plant performance, driving operational excellence in line with company standards and procedures.
• Lead and coordinate Production, Technical, Logistics, and Quality functions to achieve business objectives.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency in output, logistics, and product quality.
• Develop and optimize workforce capabilities to sustain high performance and engagement.
• Foster transparent communication to support long-term strategy and continuous improvement.
• Represent the company with customers, partners, and local authorities as required.
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Monitor key KPIs (MOL/VA, material yield, conformity rate, productivity index, 5S) and drive cost-reduction and performance improvement initiatives through WCM, energy efficiency, and process optimization.

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years as Plant Manager or Production Manager in the plastics industry (FMCG or Automotive preferred)
• Expertise in EBM, SBM, and/or IM (required)
• Strong knowledge of WCM, HSE standards, and manufacturing KPIs
• Solid background in supply chain & production planning
• Engineering degree or equivalent technical background
• Proven leadership and performance improvement track record
• Fluency in French and English
