Continuous Improvement Specialist
Serioplast is looking for a driven and motivated Global Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our team at Global Headquarters in Seriate (BG).

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
The Global Continuous Improvement Specialist reports directly to the Global C.I. Manager. This role is responsible for implementing Lean methodology and shop floor management across the Group’s manufacturing facilities to improve operational efficiency and profitability. The main responsibilities of this role include:
- Leading and executing continuous improvement projects in collaboration with local teams, addressing identified opportunities and ensuring effective implementation.
- Reviewing existing processes, workflows, and equipment to eliminate non-value-added activities.
- Sharing best practices and driving the implementation of tailored improvement solutions across various plants.
- Acting as the reference point for plants during the implementation of improvement projects.
- Monitoring and assessing the outcomes of C.I. projects and implementing corrective actions to achieve established targets.
- Supporting the Quality team at all levels to foster a continuous improvement mindset.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of World Class Manufacturing (WCM) standards.
- Strong understanding of business economics, financial principles, and Health, Safety, and Environmental practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Accountable, resilient, and passionate with a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong leadership, team player mentality, and ability to inspire and guide teams.
- Knowledge of plastic molding technologies (EBM, SBM, and/or IM) is considered a plus.
