Serioplast, a global leader in rigid plastic packaging, is looking for a Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our Quality team at our Global Headquarters in Seriate (BG).

What You Will Do

  • Verification of applicable regulations and laws for the Serioplast product market (e.g., REACH, Cosmetics, MOCA, Medical Devices, PPWR), with related updates

  • Verification of suppliers’ documentation compliance for resins and additives intended for production

  • Management and interpretation of laboratory test results carried out under standardized conditions so that plastic materials intended for MOCA applications comply with the limits established by law

  • Preparation of documentation to meet regulatory requirements, including customer requests

  • Support to company areas: Quality Assurance, Sales & Product Development, HSE, Operations, Direct Procurement

  • Registration activities in databases such as EUDAMED, FDA, the Ministry of Health, and other Competent Authorities

What We Are Looking For

  • Degree in scientific disciplines or equivalent

  • Experience in drafting Technical Files and Technical Documentation

  • At least 6 years of experience in the role within companies manufacturing products for the detergent, food, cosmetic, and/or biomedical markets

  • In-depth knowledge of the relevant Regulations

  • Excellent command of the English language

  • Proactivity and strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
