Serioplast, a global leader in rigid plastic packaging, is looking for a Junior Buyer (Fixed-Term Contract) to support procurement activities.

The selected candidate will report to the Direct Procurement Manager and will contribute to ensuring an efficient and competitive supply flow, supporting the procurement of raw materials (resins, preforms) for assigned regions, in line with company standards and procedures.

What will you do?

• Support the management of procurement activities for assigned regions, monitoring suppliers, pricing, and purchasing conditions.
• Analyze macroeconomic variables, market trends, and key factors impacting raw material supply.
• Assist in identifying sourcing opportunities across different geographical areas.
• Support the evaluation and negotiation of offers for the supply of materials (resins, preforms, etc.).
• Monitor the consolidation of material requirements, ensuring proper availability and optimizing stock usage in line with production plans and contractual agreements.
• Collaborate with the Sales department during tender processes by analyzing local market conditions, material and supplier availability, and simulating different cost scenarios.
• Contribute ideas and support initiatives to improve and optimize procurement processes.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Interest in plastic molding technologies (EBM and/or SBM and/or IM).
• Good communicational, analytical and organizational skills.
