For our plant in Konya, we are looking for a Maintenance Engineer, reporting to the Technical Manager, who will have the following responsibilities:
The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and safety of all plant equipment and machinery. This position aims to minimize downtime, support production continuity, and contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance processes in accordance with company standards and procedures.

For our plant in Konya, we are looking for a Maintenance Engineer, reporting to the Technical Manager, who will have the following responsibilities:
The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and safety of all plant equipment and machinery. This position aims to minimize downtime, support production continuity, and contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance processes in accordance with company standards and procedures.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Coordinate, and support the Maintenance Team by setting priorities and addressing critical issues to ensure maximum production efficiency.
- Plan and perform maintenance activities for plant equipment and machinery, ensuring both preventive and corrective actions are completed on time.
- Guarantee the conformity and punctuality of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of molds, machines, and equipment, defining effective strategies to maximize machine uptime.
- Analyze root causes of breakdowns and implement permanent corrective actions.
- Monitor spare parts inventory and ensure that critical components are available and operational on the shop floor.
- Support and cooperate in the optimization of production processes and industrialization activities, including the installation and commissioning of new lines.
- Develop and monitor maintenance, promoting continuous improvement and efficiency in all operations.
- Contribute to TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and other continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent applied knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and automation systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and maintenance planning.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Experience with preventive maintenance processes and continuous improvement tools.
- PLUS: Knowledge of plastics technology, specifically Extrusion Blow Molding (EBM) and Stretch Blow Molding (SBM) processes.
- Analytical and result-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and continuous improvement attitude.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently to deliver measurable outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or related fields).
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent computer skills (Windows, MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English (oral and written).
