What will you do?
- Set product recipes ensuring necessary regulations and PLC parameters are in place, make necessary mechanical and electronic adjustments, control production variables to ensure product specifications are met
- Actively support investigating, troubleshooting and resolving quality issues
- Ensure process stability during production and acts timely to address any deviation
- Support the training of the production staff to help them solve minor technical problems affecting the quality of the bottle
- Carry out the electromechanical installation and setup of machines and equipment (compressors, air conditioning, driers, leak test, cameras, palletizers, etc.)
- Find solutions by fabricating mechanical or other parts to address production or technical issues and to improve machine performance
- Support the Technical team in improvement projects and decisions on machines, equipment, molds and processes
What are we looking for?
- Excellent knowledge of plastic molding technologies (EBM and/or SBM and/or IM)
- Excellent applied knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical and/or electronic systems
- Good applied knowledge of measuring instruments and techniques
- Good applied knowledge of WCM standards
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working with industry specific technologies and productive processes
