What will you do?
  • Manage and coordinate the plant operations in order to reach the best possible performance targets, in accordance with company standards and procedures
  • Promote successful long-term business strategies by effective, open two-way communication and feedback.
  • Effectively manage manpower overseeing staff preparation and development.
  • Represent the Company towards third parties (e.g. Customers) and local authorities when necessary.
  • Manages and coordinates Plant activities in the following areas: Production, Technical matters, Logistics and Quality.
  • Oversees all daily production operations of the Plant to ensure efficient inbound/outbound logistics operations, production output and product quality.
  • Participates in drafting and analyzing budgets and forecasts for the Plant.
  • Monitors and devises improvements related to plant’s KPI (MOL/VA, material Yield, conformity rate, productivity index and 5S)
  • Generates and implements improvement plans to reduce costs and improve plant performance acting on manpower management, energy efficiency, and process automation, applying WCM practices.
What are we looking for?
  • Good knowledge of plastic molding technologies (EBM and/or SBM and/or IM)
  • Excellent applied knowledge of WCM standards
  • Good knowledge of Health, Safety and Environment rules and practices
  • Good knowledge of the supply chain process
  • Basic knowledge of CAD 2D software
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering is preferable or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Production or Plant Manager in an FMCG or Automotive company
