Serioplast, a Global Leader in Rigid Plastic Packaging, is looking for an HR RELATIONS AND REWARDS MANAGER to join the team at Global Headquarters in Seriate (BG).
This position's purpose is to define and guarantee the execution of HR relations and rewards-related processes at the Global level, reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer.

This position's purpose is to define and guarantee the execution of HR relations and rewards-related processes at the Global level, reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer.
What will you do?
- Coordinate, supervise, and support the Relations and Rewards team by managing priorities, removing bottlenecks, and addressing critical issues.
- Monitor the team’s performance and propose tools and solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee the Total Oversee the Total Rewards systems, including salary benchmarks, salary reviews, and Management by Objectives (MBOs) at the Group level.
- Responsible for consolidating the People Budget and conducting Labor Cost Controlling
- Oversee work-life balance policies, welfare solutions & employee agreements
- Draft and implement guidelines and policies, ensuring compliance in relationships with Unions, Workers’ Representatives, Labor Authorities, and Employees
- Devises and participates in HR Projects
- Traveling up to 30% of the time among our plants worldwide
- Good knowledge of labor law
- Good knowledge of personnel administration
- Good knowledge of statistics and data analysis
- Excellent knowledge of business economics
- Excellent knowledge of HR Management principles and practices
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Master’s degree, preferably in economics, law, or organizational psychology
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in HR management
