Serioplast is looking for a Packaging Development Coordinator who is passionate about innovation, product development, and working in an international environment.

In this role, you will contribute to the development and optimization of packaging solutions for global clients while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

What will you do?

• Coordinate product development projects related to plastic packaging, including new product development, product modifications, and reverse engineering initiatives.
• Support cross-functional project activities and contribute to technical decision-making while working closely with R&D, production, and quality teams.
• Plan and participate in sampling activities, ensuring compliance with client specifications and technical requirements.
• Work with internal technical departments, laboratories, and suppliers to implement improvements to molds, equipment, or processes.
• Collaborate with the Validation Lab to define testing procedures, analyze results, and share insights with both internal stakeholders and clients.
• Provide technical support to customers in the development and improvement of plastic packaging solutions.

What are we looking for?

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
• Experience in product development, technical project management, or R&D.
• Knowledge of polymers and plastic processing technologies (injection and blow molding).
• Experience with measuring tools and 3D CAD.
• Familiarity with SPC and data analysis.
• Fluent English.
• Curious mindset, proactive attitude, and strong collaboration skills.
